I hosted a 'Diversity in Industry' panel as part of Women in Computing's initiatives for Women @ Imperial Week 2021. We discussed how to approach uncomfortable conversations about diversity and equality amicably, as confrontation doesn't typically produce the best results. It was overall an enriching and eye-opening experience for both the panelists and audience.
